Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, and it is still brand new and in original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding any original shipping costs. The item and packaging must be in new resale condition with all original tags ATTACHED, including the condition of the original packaging, If the item has been installed it cannot be returned, garments that have been worn or washed and do not have the tags attached/or are not in original packaging may not be returned, no exceptions

  • Please contact us prior to returning an item for a Return Authorization Number, you can begin the return process by visiting the Returns Center - Click Here. Follow the instructions in the Returns Center and ship package with your Return Authorization # printed on it.
  • Shoe boxes must be shipped inside another cardboard box to prevent damage to the original box. Do not affix shipping labels directly to the shoe box, we cannot accept shoe returns if the shoe box is damaged.
  • Saddles that have been mounted cannot be returned.

  • Please ensure that all items are returned in packaging similar to which they were delivered in. Items delivered in boxes may not be returned in envelopes. If the proper return procedure is not followed, the package will not be accepted and will be returned. Do not ship small items in a standard envelope, the item will be lost or destroyed during the USPS sorting process.
  • For your own protection we suggest you ship your item with a postal carrier service that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility. Postage is non-refundable
  • We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted items for a refund.

If your product is damaged in shipping, please make note of the damage with the freight carrier when the product is delivered then, take photos and contact us immediately so we can initiate an insurance claim.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, prior to returning the product please contact us for a Return Authorization Number using the Return Center , we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping label to return the item and ship the correct item immediately.

Once you have committed to purchase an item by completing the shopping cart process and payment is complete, orders cannot be cancelled. You may return the item based on our return policy, please throughly read our return policy prior to purchase.

Warranty varies by manufacturer. Any warranty information will be included in product package. Ultimate Sports and Nutrition will extend to its customers the manufacturer’s warranty on new products purchased, but otherwise makes no warranty implied or expressed, as to the fitness or merchantability for any particular purpose of the merchandise in this store.

If an item is found to be defective upon arrival and the item is covered under a manufacturer warranty, the buyer should first contact the manufacturer for an exchange. Ultimate Sports and Nutrition will assist the buyer as needed until the issue is resolved as reasonably possible. Otherwise, the item can either be exchanged or refunded for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs). The item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging as was shipped by Ultimate Sports and Nutrition. The buyer is responsible for all shipment charges on returned items unless the wrong item was shipped by Ultimate Sports and Nutrition.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

No item shall be returned to Ultimate Sports and Nutrition without prior arrangements, a Return Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for all items returned.

You may start the return process in the Return Center. We will not accept a package without a return authorization number fixed to the outside of the package, no exceptions.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
