Hole Plug /Plug Grommet for 8mm thru 8.5mm holes in bicycle frames (Warning: do not drill a new hole or ream-out to enlarge existing holes in your frame) 
This plug grommet fills holes 8mm (0.3150 ″ - 5/16 ″) in diameter.
Top of plug is 12mm in diameter 
Material: Rubber with a Semi-matte finish
Primarily used for filling holes left in bicycle frames when cables are removed for wireless drivetrain components or other holes mfgs provide in their frames
