-Improves long-term shifting performance on wide-range one-by-ten drivetrains
-Increases chain wrap (69% for 40t, 53% for 42t), eliminates the need to drastically thread in the b-tension screw
-Replaces the Direct Mount link on 2013 or later Shimano 10-speed Shadow+ rear derailleurs to increase chain wrap and reduce premature shifting degradation
-Fits derailleurs with 8mm Direct Mount intermediate link that mounts to standard derailleur hangers. Direct Mount-native frames, SRAM rear derailleurs are not supported. Results may vary
-Installs in moments with little more than a 5mm Allen wrench
